The Family Office Services (FOS) unit at SEI is seeking a Platform Experience Specialist to serve as a leader on the Client Relations Team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining training resources for software clients, compiling release notes for SEI's Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal, planning and presenting content at annual IMMERSION User Conference events, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on software functionality. The ideal candidate must have experience in accounting or finance and technology, have strong writing and public speaking skills, able to adeptly manage competing priorities, be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

Partner with FOS Client Relations & Relationship Management leaders to create and maintain best practices and guidelines/standards for Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal users, as well as align on client engagement, training, and retention strategies.

Partner with SEI's Learning & Development teams to identify learning objectives. Develop, maintain, and deliver internal and external training documents on the Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal software. Monitor training outcomes to validate current strategy and influence development of future training activities.

Create, publish, and manage Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal documentation and resources in the Client Support Portal for self-serve client and internal team training.

Coordinate Archway Platform and Archway Client Portal documentation updates, news, and events to all Client Support Portal users, as well as moderate client forums.

Design and deliver training for internal users, and author, edit, and publish release notes when new software functionality is made available in quarterly and annual Archway Platform updates.

Support planning and execution of IMMERSION & IMMERSION Lite User Conferences, including scoping, developing, and presenting content. Collaborate with management, corporate events, and marketing on budgeting, event logistics, registration, and client communication.

Engage existing clients to understand breadth and depth of demand for training, and craft unique training agendas for each, as appropriate.

Facilitate training sessions for clients in SEI offices, client sites, and/or video conference. Provide follow-up support to clients based on topics discussed in training.

Manage NASBA registration and content accreditation to provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits and certifications to clients, if requested.

Periodic travel to client sites, client events and industry conferences will be required.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree required, accounting or technology preferred.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance industry required, with expert understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology. Relationship management, client relations or customer service experience preferred.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-focused SaaS setting, supervisory experience and exposure to SEI's Archway Platform preferred.

Demonstrated ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows, communicate professionally, and effectively train colleagues, clients, and vendors. Prior experience in corporate or classroom training preferred.

Strong analytical skills and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and to adapt to and prioritize changing projects, tasks and timelines.

Familiarity with the Zendesk application, used to power the Client Support Portal, and experience with event planning also a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated starting salary, commensurate with experience, $68,000 - $85,000 annualized. Exempt position, not overtime eligible.
