Job Description:

Position Summary: The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordination, development, marketing, organization, and management of assigned program areas and clinical supervision and/or direct supervision of staff and interns/practicum students as assigned. The Clinical Coordinator assists Clinical Managers in assuring compliance with standards, regulations, and laws. Provides and promotes outstanding internal and external customer service. A clinical Coordinator is required to use independent (or works under the direction of supervisor) when performing job tasks/providing services. As part of Centerstone's team-oriented philosophy, a clinical Coordinator is expected to actively participate in variety of cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Master's Degree in Human Services and demonstrated skill in performing clinical services plus clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC). Masters Level SAS staff must have certification or licensure within the required time frame mandated by DASA Staff Qualifications (or within 2 years of hire, whichever comes first). Must have valid driver's license in applicable programs. Must meet all funding source requirements and background checks.Providers utilizing electronic health records and/or other automated/electronic documentation systems are required to have computer and keyboarding experience and skills or the ability to develop such skills within required timeframes in order to meet the level of proficiency set by the agency. Direct Service Providers utilizing electronic/automated documentation systems will be required to undergo a computer and keyboarding assessment test to determine proficiency.
