At least 1-3 years of applicable work experience (agency, CPG marketing, sales, consulting)
Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO
Preferred:
Public relations, Marketing, Sales, or Community Management experience
Wal-Mart or CPG experience
Shopper Marketing experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field

In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Comfortable working in a startup environment where you are responsible for identifying and implementing processes, systems and best practices
