Hillcrest Youth Services, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that offers unique and innovative programs to support the positive development of children in our communities. We are currently seeking a PRN Medical Director  to join our team. The Director will be responsible for one hour weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor or Designee and one hour weekly spent signing off on treatment plans and assessments. This position has a total time commitment of two (2) hours per week, and time spent can be before, during or after business hours. 

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Provide 1 hour weekly supervision with Clinical Supervisor or Designee.


• Review and co-sign treatment plans in the electronic medical record (approx. 1 hour/wk.)


• Review standing orders annually.

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

• Consult with clinical staff and administration regarding mental health problems and services for residents.


• Comply with all Hillcrest Policies and Procedures in regard to residents, staff, administration, and health and safety within Hillcrest, as well as in the community.


• A commitment to uphold the Standards of Practice as mandated by the Indiana Medical Board.


• Adhere to Code of Ethics.


• Good standing medical license required. Malpractice coverage provided; pending application process. 


• Must have valid driver's license and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.


• Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
