The primary responsibility of a Busser/Runner is to run food and drinks to assigned tables. Reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Clear tables after guests leave. Takes tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned by managers.
Accommodate requests from seated guests.
Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
Deliver food/drinks to seated guests.
Welcome and thank guests.
Check food and beverage quality prior to serving.
Follow all company guidelines including but not limited to clocking in and out, meal period and break policies.
