We're looking for Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team in Temecula, CA!\The Assembly Operator will perform manual operations in assembly as required by work instructions and assigned by the Production Lead.\What you'll do in this role:\Performs manual operations in connection with assembling and manufacturing components subassemblies or entire units.\Uses light powered electrical, air or mechanical tools, including hand tools.\Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanical units to meet specifications and requirements.\Follows procedures and techniques for the use of tools and/or equipment to meet production needs.\Performs other duties as necessary.\Keeps work areas clear and free of debris.\Adheres to safety rules and ergonomic practices.\What you'll need to be successful:\Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds,\Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\What you'll need to be successful:\High School Diploma / GED, preferred.\Minimum 1 year experience as a machine operator, production operator or equivalent position in a high speed manufacturing environment preferred.\Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, ability to make decisions regarding equipment adjustments to meet product specifications and quality conformity.\Ability to follow the directions provided in verbal or non-verbal format.\Demonstrate a willingness to learn multiple machines or operations.\Must be a team player and promote teamwork amongst productions lines, departments and shifts.\Available to work any shift and overtime as needed.\What we do for you (just to list a few cool ones):\Offer extremely competitive benefits including: Health, Dental and Vision coverage.\Fitness Club Reimbursement ($350).\Nutrition reimbursement program (up to $200 per associate and per spouse).\First day of hire, 401K match (up to 7.5%) and discounted stock purchasing program (15% discount).\Our commitment to diversity and inclusion includes four employee resource groups: Scotts Women's Network, Scotts Black Employee Network, Scotts Veterans Network and Scotts Young Professionals.\12 SMG paid holiday days and generous vacation policy.
