DEPARTMENT MARKETING STATEMENT: In this role, you willlead staffing, productivity, and float pool projects related to ambulatory operations. You will collaboratewith others for pro forma development of new programs and processes. Provideleadership and participatein strategy development of short-term and long-term planning, as well as practice development. Plan, organize, and monitor operational and clinical activities. Manageand monitorfinancial and statistical performance against budged targets. Provideverbal and written reports on a regular basis regarding overall activities, performance and goals. Preparepresentations using quality, clinical and financial data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and three years of related experience
SALARY RANGE:The salary range for this position is $62,154/yr-$99,446/yrcommensurate with experience.
