Effectively processes a variety of deposit items such as NSF processing, Unposted DDA items, Stop Payments and ACH error posting, as well as Fed check returns, Duplicate check presentments and customer check encoding errors.
Provides back-up assistance to duties within the Deposit Operations Department, remaining current on processes, Bank Procedures and Bank Policies that may apply to the job. Necessity for back-up can be result of staffing levels, system irregularities, cross-training realignment or uncontrollable emergencies.
Performs Fedline Advantage daily processing, which includes wire and large dollar input and transmission and ACH file retrieval and transmission.
Provide superior customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, providing information and performing research when necessary to find answers to a customer's question in accordance with applicable regulations and to the satisfaction of customers. To be able to identify fraud or possible risk that could result on the customer's account and/or Bank and bring it to the attention of the BSA Officer.
Constructively interacts with coworkers by cooperating with coworkers and otherwise ensure a smooth operation in the department, providing support and assistance to ensure a pleasant work atmosphere.

HOURS will average approximately 40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
