Our client located in Libertyville, is seeking six (6)Associate Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door and progress to the next level within 1-2 years (depending on performance) and directly impacts several teams.

Hours:Monday-Friday; 7:00am-7:00pm (8 hour shift)
Pay:$18.26/hr ($38K) starting with increase once promoted to Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
--Collection of EC accounts to achieve established Corporate/Regional goals.

--Coordinate collection efforts with Franchisee.

--Debtor direct collections.

--Coordinate product return with FPT Managers/Franchisees.

--Extensive phone contact collecting on active delinquent accounts.

--Report and consult with management on major issues.

--Achieve assigned delinquency/loss goals and metrics.

--Answer field and customer questions.

--Resolve credit/payment problems.

--Develop strong business relationships with SOT sales management and the Franchise sales force.

--Assist in promoting Credit Sales programs and promotions.

--Educate field sales personnel on program features and benefits.

--Assist with delinquency/loss reporting and tracking.

--Waive fees and recommend exceptions to policies to resolve certain customer issues.

Requirements:
--Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

--1-3+ years of directly related experience.

--Skills and knowledge in credit and collections, financial analysis, credit laws and regulations, reporting requirements, and communications.
