Job SummaryJob DescriptionThe Strategic Initiatives Team spearheads creating strategic plans for tackling key challenges and opportunities to Effectv's business, ensuring the effective long-term growth revenue and profits. Operationally, the strategic initiative team works cross-functionally with partner organizations and relevant operating groups such as sales, product, engineering, finance, HR and many more teams.The Manager,Strategic Initiativesis a critical role to the success of our salesorganization'sperformance and efficiency.Responsible forthe successful,thorough analysis and go-to-market plan for strategic initiativesand programsthat are deployedinto the sales organization as they relate to new product innovations, product enhancements, systems, and toolsthat meet our operating plan goals.Thisleadermust have high emotional intelligence, with the ability to partner with all areas of the business, collaborating withall levels ofleadership, sales, product strategy, product marketing, research & data, architecture, sales support teams and learning & development teams. Theleadermust have effective project management, strategic planningand communication skills(written and verbal), be a change agent, and can inspire action. Highly analytical,must be able to diagnose and communicateareas of high and low adoption. Ideal candidate has consulting, program & project management, software product management,and/or strategic planning & execution experience. Theywill report into theManager,Strategic Initiatives.PartnerswithRegion Sales and Auto Tier 3teams,Enterprise Sales, Political, Sales Development and Operationstoanalyze data, making recommendations and driving implementationto support new and existingstrategic initiativesManageinitiatives with cross-functional teams topursue growth opportunities,cost savings opportunities& ways internally to become more efficient & effectiveCreates and implementssystem of governance and go-to-market plans for new and evolving strategic initiatives that tie directly to our Operating PlanDiagnoses inconsistencies and objectively evaluates the need for customized solutions.Uncovers best practices and areas of concern in adoption of strategy and addresses directly with relevant leadersWorks with team members to develop and refine initiative management framework and coach teams as needed.Gatekeeping & prioritization - partners with the PMO to create & own an overall business roadmap and timing of initiatives; negotiate with internal stakeholders on prioritizing initiativesResponsible forscoping,planning, executing, and evaluating strategic initiativesaccording to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and manages project teams ensuring quality controlthroughout the initiativelife cycle.Accomplishes initiativeobjectives by planning and evaluating project activities.Collaborates with partners to developfinancial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives.
