Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to assist in leading our Distribution Center (DC). You will be a valued team member responsible for assisting all warehouse operations activities at the site. Key responsibilities include warehouse operations of inbound and outbound freight (roughly 50% of the job), compliance & safety (25%), and staff management (25%), and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. One or more years of supervisory or leadership experience. Customer Service Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Current driver's license, Restricted Use Pesticide Sales Persons license if required (or ability to attain by a specific date as agreed with company).

Preferred: Agriculture Background, Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Business;

Competencies: Acts with integrity in products, processes, and relationships; delivers

results efficiently & effectively; embraces roll as people manager for the warehouse team.
