The ED Emergency Department Nurse Supervisor RN will be responsible for the clinical operations in the Emergency Department. They will work to develop policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed. Additionally, they will collaborate with other clinical leaders to develop departmental goals and objectives.

The ED Emergency Department Nurse Supervisor RN will be in charge of the supervision of employees within the department as well as education and training. They should also be prepared to provide leadership to nurses within the Emergency Service line and uphold the values of the organization as a whole. Supported by the ED Charge Nurse, the Emergency Department Nurse Supervisor RN will report directly to the Director of Emergency Room ER.
