This facility originally started off as a small community hospital with 30+ care beds, and later turned into 3 practice clinics, one skilled nursing facility, and an assisted living center. They offer a full spectrum of ancillary services from physical, occupational, speech therapy, and many more. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer holds a large responsibility in offering quality patient care to the community as a whole, and devotion to each individual patients needs.
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) will report directly up to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) while being consistently supported by the Nurse Manager. The ACNO will oversee all operations in the facility keeping staff nurses, the Nurse Manager, and Quality department in check with each departments needs.
