Los Serranos Country Club, a JC Golf property, has an exciting opportunity for a reliable, experienced Banquet Bartender with extensive drink knowledge. This role will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages for Banquet guests, in a professional and gracious manner.

HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Anticipate, understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner and to strictly comply with JC Resorts’ service standards.


•  Follow all specified procedures to set-up and break down bars for Banquet functions, including taking inventory of liquor drawer from liquor storeroom; supplying and preparing accessories for bar; replenishing soda tanks as necessary; completing billing paperwork; and moving all bar items to and from the designated area


•  Be completely familiar with company beverage line, drink recipes, and prices.


•  Provide properly mixed cocktails and other beverages, as requested, to Banquet function guests.


•  Maintain adequate stock of beverages and bar supplies, in accordance with established pars.


•  Maintain at all times an adequate stock of clean bar glassware.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age


• Highly skilled in beverage mixing, inventory and pars, and glass types and uses, and have large drink recipe knowledge.


• Minimum one year bartending experience and TIPS certified
