Creates updated "maps" of stock location to assist Shipping Dept. with order pulling.
Updates Production Seed Inventory and creates "seed needs" lists for procurement by Seed Dept. as seed is used in sowing for propagation.
General plant care and maintenance, including: sowing, transplanting, watering, weeding, trimming, moving of plants.
Assist in other departments as needed on a seasonal basis (e.g. order pulling and seed collection).
Reports to the Production Manager
The Goal of the Inventory Specialist is to assist the Grower with Data Management. Future goals include building up the Inventory system in SBI to include updated "grading" of plant quality and pictures of stock for online inventory.
