ABOUT THE JOB

• Gates Corporation is a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions. At Gates, we are driven to push the boundaries of materials science to engineer products that continually exceed expectations.


• Our process starts with raw metal components/materials that are heat treated, electroplated, bent, staked, packed, and shipped to our customers around the world.


• A Production Worker will spend most of their day operating various manufacturing equipment in a team environment while picking product.


• Shift available:
  1. Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
  
  

ABOUT YOU

• Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to work 20 hours per week, with reliable and consistent attendance


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards


• Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction


• Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Temperatures may vary in accordance with weather conditions and may be extreme. Gates is managed in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requires all employees to wear steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
