For the Voith US Inc., Seaming department, we are looking for:

Seamer

Florence, MS

This position will be working on Night Shift Sunday-Thursday night!!

Responsibilities -

• Operate, set-up, service and maintain assigned Auto or Manual Seaming machines.


• Perform fabric repairs as needed.


• Operate a NORTEC and GAP STAR Machine and perform duties to fringe qualified fabrics for Auto Seaming.

Qualifications -

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in schedules and job priorities


• Able to follow detailed oral and written instructions


• Ability to move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet.


• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues


• Familiar with the use of hand tools/equipment used for maintenance and service


• Basic knowledge of reading a tape measure and ruler
