We are hiring immediately for a 1st shiftPart-Time Manufacturing Worker at our Kankakee IL location. PAY: $19/hr. with benefits immediately if over 20 hours a week / under 20 hours no benefitsHOURS FLEXIBLE: 1st shift (starting and ending hours flexible) start anytime from 7am to 9am and work a 4- 5 hour shift.SCHEDULE/SHIFT: starting and ending hours flexible; Hours subject to change based on candidate availability; Open to flexible number of days per weekJOB OVERVIEW: Our part-time workers have a wide range of job responsibilities including set up and/or operation of any number of machines within the site. You will learn our operator role but must be open to filling in where needed.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Responsible for learning and operating various machinery throughout the site following proper procedures and safety protocols
• Review batch ticket to assure understanding of the product to be manufactured


• Enter raw materials in the sequence designated


• Provide samples to the Quality Control (QC) lab for inspection


• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment including those concerning COVID precautions

Position Requirements

REQUIRED:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs. 40% of the shift


• 18+ years old


• High School Diploma/GED equivalent or currently in school on track to obtain a HS degree


• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug-screen and background check


• Must have reliable transportation


• Must be eligible for employment in the United States
