We are pleased to offer a 6 Month Internship starting in or about July 2021 at BMW of North America, LLC.

6 Month Internship BMW NA–Agile Project Management and IT Security

The position will assist the Feature Team Leads in Sales and Enabling IT in planning, executing and documenting agile IT projects and in implementing and documenting relevant IT Security procedures. Tasks will vary from reviewing existing project management tools and procedures to updating these in line with company wide applied agile working standards. The intern will take the IT Security Framework for relevant IT areas to the next level; this may include research on latest IT Security standards, application of the same to IT systems, and documentation of this in relevant corporate tools.

Additionally the position will cooperate with external vendors in detailing agile artefacts, reviewing and improving IT Security elements, and further deliverables. The intern will also gain insights into the US and the German business units and technology teams.

Note: This is a full-time 6-month internship. Interested applicants should explore options with their faculty advisors / department to take time off from their studies prior to applying for the position.

Minimum Requirements

• Enrolled in Masters Studies or in Gap Year between Bachelor and Master


• Field of study: Computer Science, IT Security, Business Administration, or related.


• Attributes: Conscientious, responsible, self-motivated, ability to work independently and as a part of a team.


• Availability of 6 months.
