Kalman & Company is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide acquisition and programmatic support to PM MHTV. This position will be onsite in Stafford, VA.
Specific Duties:
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Provide overall programmatic and acquisition support to PM MHTV/PfM LCES, including all four primary teams (MTVR, LVSR, MRAP/P19R, and Trailers).
Supports the client through data pulls from various Government information systems and repositories, performs analysis and compilation of this data into various documents (whitepapers, briefs, BCAs) so that the Government can make informed decisions.
Assists the client in the development of required paperwork associated with all aspects of project life cycles from contracts and SOWs for procurements; through the divestment and disposal of legacy assets; as well as developing documentation for fielding systems and accounting for these systems using Management Control Activity (MCA) processes
Minimum Required Education/Qualifications:
US Citizenship Required.
An Active Secret Security Clearance Required
8+ years' experience in DoD/USMC Acquisition area.
