The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Healthcare Industry Group’s Administrative Operations Team, specifically Marketing and Learning & Development, to help to shape our employee experience and engagement as we continue to grow. Key responsibilities will be to provide support for large and small scale events, marketing campaigns through video and podcast production support and internal committee support, and Learning & Development initiatives. The role will also require support for additional ad hoc initiatives that the Admin Operations Team is developing, supporting, or executing.

What Will You Be Doing?


  • Executing program logistics for live and virtual training opportunities, report on key learning metrics, and managing participant communications. 


  • Designing learning content that is scalable and caters to varying learning styles and audiences


  • Supporting ad hoc learning and development initiatives


  • Event support, including managing logistics and execution of internal and external HIG events


  • Creating videos and podcasts to support Admin Operations Team initiatives


What Are We Looking For?


  • A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a project management or event management role.


  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage timelines, delivery, and communication across teams while also being able to work autonomously


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


  • Proficiency using iMovie, Snag-It, or other technology to create videos for training, recruitment, and other purposes is preferred but not required.  On-the-job training will be provided for this work.


  • Excellent oral and written skills.


  • Strong customer focus as it relates to internal/external stakeholders,
