SUMMARY: The Outside Sales Manager directs the business development and sales activities of the organization and drives the new sales business for the company playing key role in the company's success.



  • Identifying new sales targets and leads

  • Pitching products and/or services

  • Maintaining and expanding fruitful relationships with existing customers


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.

  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products

  • Developing quotes and proposals

  • Follow company rules and regulations

  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

  • Interact with Customer Support Advisors to help provide the best customer support possible when necessary

  • Be actively involved with supporting the character training and culture

  • Know and support all applicable policies and procedures through the Quality Management System.

  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



  • Strong communication and IT fluency

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry

  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadline

  • College degree in business administration, logistics of relevant field

  • Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions

  • Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment

  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

  • An analytical mind with strong math skills

  • Good previous work record

  • Strong self-motivation

  • High Productivity

  • Strong attention to quality

  • Ability to learn new skills

  • Cordial, cooperative personality

  • Frequent travel required



PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS



  • MRO sales experience

  • MRO service experience


  • The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
