Program Supervisor
Position Summary
The incumbent is a key member of the LanguageLine Operations Team and is responsible for overseeing the success of their respective vertical and the relevant relationships with all internal and external resources and stakeholders. The incumbent will work with the Process Coordinator to support and manage vertical-specific goals as well as overall company goals, including but not limited to (1) maintaining vertical profitability, (2) supervising, training, and mentoring direct reports, (3) managing projects, (4) design, implement, and revise vertical-specific processes, and (5) supporting management with the company's goals and strategies, including maintaining ISO Standards.
The Program Supervisor is critical to the overall success of the production team. As such, the incumbent will exercise initiative, discretion and independent judgment in carrying out duties. The Program Supervisor will serve as a mentor to both their direct and indirect reports and will provide a supportive environment to further their development.
Direct Reports include Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
