Qualification:
Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent

Strong experience with Genesys products: installation configuration and troubleshooting .
Nice to have Nuance Development experience.
Required to have Java background ·
In-depth understanding of Genesys architecture for all mentioned components ·
Understanding of Genesys HA architecture including functionality of related 3d party components
Understanding of Genesys Disaster Recovery architecture including functionality of related 3d party components ·
In-depth understanding of Genesys Framework IVR eServices Routing Recording and Reporting
Experience in communications with customers representatives
Be able to understand and analyze business needs with regards to call center implementation to develop design and help deploy state-pf-the-art call center solutions.
