Located in our downtown Denver office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for IT Infrastructure operations and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure technology, project management, requirements gathering, expense planning and a wide range of IT support-related tasks. This position involves investigating hardware and software systems in order to continually improve our processes and procedures. You will need both hard-technical skills, as well as soft communication skills to analyze and communicate frequently with teammates across functions.Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Coordinate with resources both internally and externally to understand and document needs. This may include creation and presentation of reports to team members and shareholders to support recommendations

  • Organize and track formal projects as well as informal initiatives to facilitate timely delivery of infrastructure additions, removals, or major changes that support global needs. This may include influencing stakeholders to support IT projects

  • Participate in expense planning for yearly budgeting process, maintenance agreement renewal, request for proposals and cleanup or cost reduction of existingagreements including but not limited to telecommunications

  • Update and develop improved IT processes, workload management processes and documentation.

  • Perform reviews in order to refine and continuously improve workload efficiencies.

  • Coordinate vendor support, vendor agreements and escalation on warranty issues or necessary maintenance renewals

  • Coordinate with IT systems engineers, application support personnel, and various other functions for continuous improvement

  • Improve training and operational procedures to increase productivity. Use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights









ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certification or equivalent experience including 3 years' experience supporting major projects in enterprise environment

  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, end user and server/web related applications)

  • Deep knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

  • IT Business Analyst and Project Management experience strongly preferred

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills

  • Superior presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to drive projects from inception to completion

  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions

  • Understanding of organizational data flow and its use in business decision-making

  • Modern Microsoft Windows operating systems and office products such as MS Teams

  • Strong proficiency using documentation tools such as Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Expertise with Excel functions, tools, and formulas to present extensive information, identify key trends, or calculate financial and numerical data

  • Ability to create technical documentation for users and other technical teams

  • Experience managing workloads in ITIL based service management systems

  • Ability to interface with users at all levels of the company

  • Ability to coordinate with other technical teams

  • Ability to assist others resolving procedural issues and escalating as needed

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
