Technical Fragrance Development Manager

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Technical Fragrance Development Manager to join our Perfumery Division at the North American headquarters in Plainsboro, NJ. This job is responsible to grow our business by supporting key clients region on technical briefs, line extensions and regulatory modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

*Quickly and efficiently leads technical briefs, line extensions and regulatory modifications (e.g. Lilial replacements). Minimizes number of modifications to achieve end goal, reducing samples and resource investment.

*Efficient and effective project management;

*Solid partner with perfumers, guiding them in their developments;

*Recommends submission adapted to brief parameters;

*Maintains high service level and leverages Firmenich's technical know-how;

*Presentations to clients as required;

*Constantly develops in-depth market product knowledge in other categories;

*Participates regularly to experts panels across categories;

*Communication, networking internally and externally;

Requirements:

*High School Diploma or GED required, College degree preferred

*Qualified Fragrance Development Manager with 10 years of experience in fragrance evaluation;
