OurSt. Francishospital is seeking a Bariatric Patient Navigator. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skillswhere you will be responsible for:

The Bariatric Patient Information Specialist is responsible for entering and maintaining patient information into the Bariatric Outcomes Longitudinal Database (BOLD), as well as compiling and maintaining patient information in other databases. This position reports to the Bariatric Surgery Coordinator at Tallgrass Surgical Specialists, all bariatric surgeons of the Turning Point Surgical Weight Loss Solutions Program, as well as the Bariatric Program Manager at St. Francis Health Center.
