We are currently seeking a [[Technical Project Manager]] to join our team in [[Washington]], [[DC]], [[USA]].

• Responsible for project completion


• Must have proven large-scale transitions/implementations experience


• Provides overall management, keeping the project on schedule and on budget


• Ensures functionality across all systems


• Must coordinate and communicate with technical and business staff


• Experience in software development, conversion, and testing


• Must have experience in system design and implementation


• Must have experience in installation, design, and industry best practices


• Must have experience with system distribution, and customer/production support


• Would need to organize and direct meetings with various stakeholders


• Experience in Fiscal Intermediary Shared System preferred


• Research experience is a plus

Required Education/Experience

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent


• 15+ years of relevant experience

Certifications/Skills

• 15+ years experience in consulting and project management, knowledge of IBM mainframes and mid-tier platforms. COBOL, JLC, CICS, IMS DB/DC experience preferred.

Residency Requirements

• Applicants selected will be subject to a Public Trust background security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information. Must have 5consecutive year of US residency. US Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred
