As the Growth Marketing Manager:


  • Lead, develop, and execute Lightpath's overall demand and lead generation strategies to create demand, conversions, and partner with Sales to turn demand into recurring revenue.

  • Create, test, and optimize programs and campaigns across channels-including SEO, paid search, paid social, email, direct mail, webinars, events, and content development, to drive demand and brand awareness with key decision makers and generate new qualified sales pipeline.

  • Develop strategies and campaigns for the post-sale portion of the life cycle, including upselling, advocacy, retention, and winback programs

  • Analyze all growth marketing activities in order to determine effectiveness and return on investment.

  • Track all metrics that measure the status and growth of the marketing funnel, including top of funnel, MQLs, SQLs, marketing-sourced qualified opportunities, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and more.

  • Partner closely with Sales to define and execute omni-channel and account-based marketing programs that generate traction with target audiences and accounts.

  • Set and meet quarterly opportunity and pipeline targets, aligning with the marketing team strategy, plans, and budget




About you:


  • You are funnel obsessed and are motivated to build outstanding and successful customer journeys.

  • You have experience in developing and deploying ROI-positive demand and lead generation programs at scale.

  • You have experience developing and executing impactful, creative ABM programs.

  • You believe marketing exists to make sales easier and you have a track record of developing strong relationships with and being deeply embedded in the Sales organization.

  • You are creative, resourceful, and innovative, always coming up with new ideas and ways of doing things differently.

  • You have experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, content management systems, (and for the tools you don't have experience with, you're not afraid to dig in and learn them).

  • You are a self-starter and problem solver who straddles both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a high-growth environment.
