As the Events and Field Marketing Manager, you will:


  • Work across Marketing and Sales to build pipeline by translating marketing objectives, messaging, content, and partnerships into effective events and field marketing programs

  • Build and execute customer-oriented events and field programs including field marketing programs, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and channel programs.

  • Be the end-to-end manager responsible for company internal events.

  • Run localized field programs to attract prospects, customers, and partners, to generate demand and accelerate sales cycles.

  • Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and tactics for new geographic markets

  • Work with local sales leadership to develop strategies and tactics specific to each local area.

  • Oversee the process field/event lead management, including collection, distribution, and overall analytics.

  • Champion and lead internal events, awards, etc. as components of the company's overall culture.




About you:


  • You love the dynamic and distributed aspects of field and events marketing, including conceiving, planning, and executing events and programs that wow customers and employees.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with great ideas, vision, and the ability to bring concepts to life as events and programs.

  • You are an experienced event manager and understand the complexities and details required in all aspects of a successful event.

  • You enjoy partnering with sales, understanding the intricacies of the local markets, and creating dynamic, local programs to help drive revenue.

  • You are creative, resourceful, and innovative, always coming up with new ideas and ways of doing things differently.

  • You are a self-starter and problem solver who straddles both strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a high-growth environment.

  • Experience with SalesForce and marketing automation is a plus.
