Job Description:

The Equifax Consumer Care Trainer is responsible for the delivery of new hire, continuation, refresher and upskill training programs for Global Consumer Care teams, both internally and for vendor locations.  This is accomplished by executing instructor-led virtual and in-class training for targeted groups across the enterprise.  Trainer will also collaborate with vendor training teams, facilitate Train-the Trainer sessions and observe teachbacks to ensure proficiency of content is delivered in alignment with Equifax’s US Consumer Care standards.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitates instructor-led virtual and in-class training for targeted groups across the enterprise

• Evaluates success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge to continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs 


• Utilizes a variety of techniques, concepts and development, and delivery of training programs and learning strategies


• Partners with Learning and Development resources to understand the progress on projects that will result in training that needs to be completed by audiences across the enterprise.

• Partners with vendor trainers and other internal teams to ensure delivery compliance and that projects have the training support they require.

• Utilizes LMS reports, class assessments, surveys and other resources to analyze learner results, identify gaps and provide effective coaching for all learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience


• 3 or more years of experience with virtual and classroom facilitation


• Experience with LMS reporting


• Ability to break complex concepts down so that internal and external clients can understand them
