The Equifax Consumer Care Trainer is responsible for the delivery of new hire, continuation, refresher and upskill training programs for Global Consumer Care teams, both internally and for vendor locations. This is accomplished by executing instructor-led virtual and in-class training for targeted groups across the enterprise. Trainer will also collaborate with vendor training teams, facilitate Train-the Trainer sessions and observe teachbacks to ensure proficiency of content is delivered in alignment with Equifax’s US Consumer Care standards.
