We are looking for a Dispatcher (40 hours per week) in our Elmwood Park, NJ location.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10AM -6:30PM with potential for occasional weekend coverage. 

Position Summary:

The position of a dispatcher is to work closely with the transportation department in an effort to provide the best service to all of BioReference clients.

Position Responsibilities:

Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:

• Dispatching calls to couriers


• Following up with issues from pickups


• Problem resolution


• Speaking directly to clients


• Researching pickup details


• Multitasking


• Utilizing both desk and cell phone


• Route review to assure pickups occur properly.

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Experience in Microsoft Office


• Customer Service experience a plus
