Dishwasher Responsibilities include:
Providing quick, efficient and pleasant delivery of food, ensuring that exceptional customer service is being delivered
. Clean and sanitize all china, silverware, serving utensils
Wash and scrub pots and pans by hand• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors daily
Removes garbage and trash and places refuse in designated pick up area.
Transport food
Operate dish machine
Deliver clean dishes to service line
Properly use and handle chemicals
Follow through on instructions from supervisors
Ideal candidate will:
Have 1 to 2 years’ experience in senior living
Previous Utility Aide experience preferred, but not required
Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff
Ability to carry out detailed oral instructions.
Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing personality. Responds promptly to customer needs. Responds to requests for service and assistance. Supports organization's goals and values. Balances team and individual responsibilities.
