Job Description:

55ip is looking for a motivated, hands-on relationship management professional to build deep relationships with its most valued clients. Serving larger RIAs, multi-family offices and select institutional relationships, this individual will be tasked with fully understanding their business goals, successfully navigating across these organizations, and helping to create long-lasting customer loyalty to 55ip. Additionally, we would like this individual to work with the broader Advisor Success Team to ensure we are optimizing our commercial impact while creating durability across all our relationships as operational manager for the advisor success function. We are looking for a team player who brings hustle, creativity, and insight to help grow our firm while making a profound impact with the firms' most critical clients. This individual must value collective success, thrive in a team environment, and operate with a growth mindset.

The individual will be expected to navigate across internal and external constituencies, such as custody platforms, asset managers and clients, by bringing a solution-based mindset that breaks through complexity and unlocks commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the 'financial advisor journey' and relevant understanding of the wealth /asset management industry, advisor practice management and/or portfolio construction dynamics. Additionally, the individual must be comfortable serving all layers of their partner firms from back-office operations through the C-suite. The individual should have a demonstrated ability to up/cross-sell financial solutions to investment advisors and likely has an existing background within the wealth/asset management industry in sales, relationship management or product related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the overall satisfaction of your dedicated client coverage and make sure 55ip constantly exceeds client expectations.

• Build deep relationships with segment A clients, fully understand their business goals and help them make the most out of our tax-smart investment strategy engine through all stages of client engagement

• Drive all aspects of client for rollout (scoping, onboarding, training) and ongoing adoption of 55ip's offering.

• Deliver commercial teaching around model adoption, tax management, portfolio construction or product selection with credibility.

• Create and surpass revenue goals for your assigned clients by driving broad adoption of our platform.

In addition, you will:

• Have the opportunity to develop managerial skills by helping to ensure the broader Advisor Success team is functioning appropriately, tracking towards goals and remains highly focused on creating durability in all of our client engagements.

• Curate and deliver shared learnings with the broader 55ip organization to influence future product design and prioritization based on advisor and field feedback.

• Track and contribute to operational performance metrics.

• Lead group training sessions and one-on-one meetings to communicate how 55ip solutions can fit into an advisor's business.

Requirements:

• Proven track record serving financial firms in a consultative manner in a relationship management or sales capability resulting in client satisfaction while generating incremental revenue for the firm.

• Strong team spirit, adaptability to company culture and able to work effectively in collaboration with others, coordinating across teams.

• 5-10 years' experience working directly with financial advisors in a service/sales/education/training capacity

• Good business judgement.

• Strong process management skills.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Progress towards MBA or CFA preferred
