Job Description:

Assistant General Counsel

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking an experienced attorney to work on technology and content related agreements for our franchise. Primary responsibilities will consist of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of various IT contracts including software and content licenses, services, SaaS, confidentiality, trading systems, FIX connectivity, API implementation, hosting, outsourcing, maintenance, consulting, and content distribution agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bar admission
• JD degree
• 7+ years of law firm or in-house technology and content licensing experience
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of projects
