Job Description


Project managers play important and multi-faceted role in driving profitable growth for the Americas Region of Keysight Global Services. As part of the Custom Service Solutions team, they work with sales, marketing, solution architects, delivery management, and the Customer Contact Center. They provide technical input to proposals, plan the implementation of custom service solutions, and assist in driving customer success. They address white-space issues of the larger organization.

Primary Responsibilities


  • During proposal development, help determining the equipment and accessories and their associated costs needed to meet the calibration and repair requirements of customers. May be required to price calibration and repair services for large asset lists.

  • Upon winning a deal, create implementation plans and delivery reference guides for delivering the services described in the statements of work.

  • During the delivery of custom services, work with delivery and renewal sales to ensure meeting the customer's business objectives. Drive the investigation and resolution of customer issues.


  • May lead proposal development effort and write statements of work.


Job Qualifications


Required Qualifications


  • B.S. degree or higher (EE Engineering or similar technical field preferred) or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Critical thinking, ability to identify missing, contradictory, or redundant information as well as putting various tasks into a hierarchical project plan

  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects

  • Experience in working with large data sets

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, especially ability to organize diverse content into easy-to-follow, compelling documents

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in the above skills

  • Applicants will be asked to complete relevant work samples

Desired Skills


  • Familiarity with Keysight's instrument portfolio and service offerings

  • Experience with formal project management and quality tools

  • Familiarity with contracting requirements, and business center processes

This role can be based in any major Keysight location: Santa Rosa, CA, Santa Clara, CA. Calabasas, Beaverton, OR, Everrett, WA, CA, Colorado Springs, CO, Loveland, CO, Austin, Texas, Atlanta, GA, Budd Lake, NJ, etc
