DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Serve as a member of the Investor Relations (IR) team. Assist with creation of the quarterly earnings materials, including, but not limited to, the presentation, press release and Q&A materials, as well as conference presentations and various projects. Participate in meetings and calls with senior IR team members, institutional investor, and sell-side analyst community to discuss the firm's financial performance and strategy. Review sell-side analyst models and research reports to analyze and summarize sell-side forecasts of JPMorgan's performance for senior management. Perform ad-hoc analysis and create presentations for discussions with Executive Management and external parties. Interact frequently with other corporate areas as well as line of business teams to build an expansive network across the firm. Understand financial statements, especially bank financials, performance drivers and corporate finance, including valuation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience in investment banking, research or strategy, or related experience.

Skills Required: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrated knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal. Experience communicating and presenting to executive level senior management. Experience communicating strategic and financial messages in written materials, financial models and data analysis. Experience performing financial analysis and competitor analysis, including company valuations. Demonstrated knowledge of SEC laws and U.S. securities disclosure requirements. Demonstrated knowledge of capital markets, accounting and finance. Demonstrated knowledge of bank financial statements, bank valuation and bank financial modeling.
