Job Description:

The Sales Representative is responsible for creating and building consumer client relationships by providing effective pest control solutions for our customers after performing inspections. Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for clients including pricing structure, and proposal writing.


The Successful Residential Sales Representative Will . . . 



  • Self-generate sales prospects to new customers/clients, or upsells to existing customers/clients

  • Be responsible for sales/market/profit growth

  • Make presentations to clients regarding services, largely in residential areas

  • Follows through with leads generated by call center, managers or other staff, and self-generated leads

  • Represent company at trade association meetings and conferences to promote our products and services, and for continuing education purposes

  • Actively participate in professional and market-based networking

  • Perform inspections for potential customers and provide quotes for services

  • Must obtain state certification through Department of Agriculture

  • Establish and maintains relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners

Requirements:


We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the pesticide license through the Kentucky Department of Agriculture within the first 90 days of employment (company paid):



  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

  • Ability to kneel, crawl, bend, squat, reach and squeeze with both hands

  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
