ATI Nursing Education (atitesting.com) is hiring for a client executive-outside sales representative that will be responsible for selling our industry leading e-learning products into Nursing Schools within the New England territory (NH, MA, CT, RI, and ME).  We are looking for a competitive sales representative to manage a territory, develop sales strategies, attract new clients and close business to achieve and exceed sales quotas.


This is a remote position living in the territory, currently working with clients virtually due to the pandemic.  In-person client meetings will be required when travel resumes.


Responsibilities:



  • Identifies prospective and existing client needs and potential solutions through research and analysis

  • Forecasts sales opportunities for assigned territory

  • Develops, manages and maintains a consultative relationship with clients

  • Engages support resources effectively

  • Demonstrates ATI solution functionality through tailored presentations to client organizations

  • Territory management

  • Maintains current knowledge of ATI Nursing Education solutions, the competitive landscape, and market drivers

 Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years field-based solution sales experience 

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a quota-based sales environment

  • Experience working with a CRM preferred

  • Industry knowledge and background in healthcare or higher education preferred

 Skills and Abilities:



  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously

  • Strong business acumen

  • Self-motivated and driven toward goals

  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Ability to travel to in-person client meetings within the assigned territory, will include overnight travel
