The Analyst will be responsible for managing projects within the Budget and Incentive Compensation Programs. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



  1. Developing and enhancing programs that manage Incentive Compensation systems on a quarterly and annual basis.

  2. Monitoring and reporting on Budget issues including variances.

  3. Ensuring data integrity for reporting and incentive compensation tasks.

Essential functions for this role include:



  • Create, maintain, and enhance programs for Budgets and Incentive Compensation administration

  • Ensure that the data being reported is the best available to ensure leaders have accurate data on which to base decisions

  • Budget reporting and Variance analysis. Requires familiarity with accounting practices and reporting systems such as Workday

  • Communicate effectively with Product Owners, programmers, infrastructure architects and engineers, various subject matter experts and business analysts, information security practitioners, project managers, senior sales management, and various end users

  • Cooperation and collaboration with various departments (IT and  Finance) and various other groups within Sales to ensure we are kept aware of issues that may impact our systems

  • Perform user acceptance testing of changes that impact the data used to base Incentive Compensation through Salesforce and Tableau CRM applications

  • Document user stories, defects, system changes, etc., via our Sales backlog through Rally

If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:



  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience; 3+ years technical support experience in complex environment; 1 year experience or exposure to Salesforce administration or knowledge of Salesforce development; financial services experience a plus

  • Strong database knowledge – Oracle – MS Access - other

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks within time requirements

  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including project-management related skills

  • Experience with Workday or other budget management software preferred

  • Experience with Change Control in Salesforce (i.e., Sandboxes) preferred

  • Experience using Agile methods to deliver software solutions preferred

  • Salesforce/CRM Administrative skills preferred
