Here's where you come in:



We are currently seeking anExecutive Services Coordinatorto join our team as a member of our growing Executive Services division. This role provides comprehensive support and calendar management to the Executive Committee members. The Executive Services Coordinator anticipates needs, clears obstacles and seeks opportunities to take ownership of tasks and projects.



Communication


As an Executive Services Coordinator, you will schedule and prioritize executives' calendars and maintain contacts. You are detail oriented and will manage the calendars proactively to make effective and efficient use of the executives' times.



Administration


In this role, you will provide broad administrative support to all c-suite executives by preparing documents, spreadsheets, correspondence and presentations. You will also serve as a liaison between executives, department heads, employees and partners.



What we would like to see from you:



  • Two (2) years of experience supporting an executive in a multiple unit organization strongly desired.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks of high priority, in professional, confidential, and efficient manner required. .

  • Knowledge of Internet browsers and web technology required.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint, Visio and Project required.

  • Basic understanding of databases preferred.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and QuickBooks functions preferred.

  • Experience in professional services, construction or technology-related industries preferred.
