As a member of a Program Management team, the candidate will assist the Program and Project Manager with monitoring project execution to ensure schedule, budget and deliverables are maintained. He/she will track deliverables, update complex financial reports, identify, and report any critical events and slippage.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the financial reporting of the project within the program guidelines set by the Project Manager and government customer.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of the project Task-books, workbooks, and accounting system documentation as needed.
Supporting routine internal project contract and activities such a Task Order modifications, Performance Work Statements, cost estimating as needed.
Supporting routine internal project procurement activities such as initiating sub-contract modifications, invoicing, cost estimating, and material acquisitions as needed.
Coordinating and facilitating program meetings, reviews, and working groups as needed.
Facilitating project travel arrangements and team member badging as needed
Assisting the Program/Project Managers with new-hire on-boarding and orientation activities.
Analyzing data and makes recommendations for review by senior management and customer reviews.
Supporting the creation of reports and reporting tools that will provide senior managers and customers a broad prospective of status, updates, needed changes and up to date status of the project.
Assisting in development of presentations for senior management and customer review.
May make presentations and/or be a partner in customer discussions/negotiations.
May conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future missions and programs.
May develop new customer contacts and conceptualize solutions to customer problems that lead to new business for the corporation
