The eTreasury Implementation Specialist at Lakeland Bank responsibilities include direct client onboarding of Business applications related to eTreasury Business/Commercial clients. The role is responsible for processing simple to complex client implementations from start to finish. The individual must be knowledgeable in cash management product offerings (e.g. Remote Deposit, Lockbox, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Information Reporting, Positive Pay and Direct File Transmissions)

Key Responsibilities:

    Assist the eBanking Support team and professionally partner with Cash Management, Retail and Lending Officers, including attendance of on-site client visitations.
  • Serve as the point of contact and escalation for new implementations, which may include servicing related issues, ensuring problem resolution and client satisfaction. Keep all informed via multiple communication channels, including the utilization of Salesforce.

  • Schedule appointments and conduct live demonstrations of system capabilities for new implementations for clients utilizing telephone, web-ex or onsite sessions.

  • Maintain exceptional client service protocols while handling client inquiries via all channels; Telephone, Secure Messaging and Email.

  • Participate in Business and Commercial Lending team meeting/calls; where current pipeline and calendar appointments are discussed, reviewed and prioritized.

  • Assist with obtaining proper documents for new onboarding and the enablement of new services.

  • Prioritize and maintain a high-level sense of urgency to ensure client implementations remain within the defined service level agreements.

  • Secondary Review (eTreasuryBusiness/Commercial) of onboarding applications related to cash management product offerings (e.g. Remote Deposit, Lockbox, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Information Reporting, Positive Pay and Direct File Transmissions).

  • Assist with identifying efficiencies where applicable.

  • Stay abreast of system functionality as enhancements/releases are deployed and communicate same to both Business and Commercial Lending Teams as needed.

  • Work with management and other Operations areas to assist with project related tasks.

  • Must be available for flexible scheduling during off business hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to meet critical client deadlines.

  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements


  • High-School diploma

  • 2 years customer service experience within the financial services, legal or banking operations industry.

  • 2 years experience in bank processing or other financial systems.

  • Intermediate proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel).

  • Highly organized. Ability to plan prioritize in a fast paced ever changing environment.

  • Ability to multi-task and accurately complete assignments with competing deadlines.

  • Strong attention to details. Ability to produce thorough, accurate quality work and ensures others do the same.

  • Critical thinking skills. Ability to problem solve, make sound decisions to generate a plan for resolution.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information and data.

  • Ability to interpret business needs and suggest and/or implement creative solutions.

  • Ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers and interact with a professional demeanor.

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to actively listens and understand others point of view.

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times; has a mature posture to diverse situations.

  • Must be bondable.
