The Opportunity

Corporate FP&A

The Corporate Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for being the finance business partner to our Finance group and a systems expert for Hyperion and other systems owned and used by FP&A. A successful senior analyst works to understand the group's challenges and processes to support them with financial information and insight. A successful candidate must be customer service oriented, possess strong excel and communication skills, and be able to work closely with people as well as independently.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Develop procedures, schedules, and materials for the Finance annual strategy plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts.


  • Update monthly reporting packages for our Finance leadership team.


  • Do variance analyses of actuals vs. budget.


  • Seek process improvements and drive them to completion.


  • Capex reporting, variance, and cash flow


  • Other reports and ad-hoc analysis.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience with:

  • Ability to demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivots and macros

  • Ability to demonstrate financial modeling skills(primarily Microsoft Excel) to predict the future and do variance analysis to actuals

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the connection between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow

  • Performing accruals and balance sheet reconciliations for certain finance accounts

  • Strong use of data to understand trends and outcomes; be able to summarize data for management reporting

  • Drive process improvements across multiple groups within FP&A and the larger finance organization
