Typical Duties and Responsibilities








Description of Tasks Performed

Provide administrative support for the Director of ICS in fulfilling its mission, completing weekly work directives, priorities, and tasks; taking initiative on the completion of longer-term projects, reporting progress on events, projects, and tasks; maintaining responsive communication with the Director







Description of Tasks Performed

Supervise the logistics of ICS programs, events, and services, arranging venues, handling communications and advertisement, coordinating with service providers, printing materials, overseeing registration, collecting payments, and keeping records







Description of Tasks Performed

Manage the communications and marketing of ICS, overseeing its email, maintaining the website, designing and sending mass email advertisements, creating signage and other communications and marketing media, and expanding its communications reach







Description of Tasks Performed

Request, print, and assemble printed materials for ICS programs, events, and services







Description of Tasks Performed

Make arrangements with University Marketing for website, media, and marketing needs; University Communication and Marketing for professional printed materials; Entertainment and Technical Services for technical and musical needs; and other departments within and outside Lipscomb University for ICS programs, events, and services







Description of Tasks Performed

Communicate with ICS teachers and guest speakers, taking care of their needs in providing ICS programs, events, and services







Description of Tasks Performed

Maintain financials of ICS, managing accounts payable and receivables for ICS programs; requesting checks for teachers and service providers; inputting and coding transactions; and providing financial reports to the Director
