Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Shipping/Receiving Clerkto join us at our diverse team in Easley, SC. Performs a wide range of procedures following standard instructions to complete shipping papers, pack, label, address, and load on appropriately selected method of shipping.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Receive raw materials and other purchased goods, review packing slip for proper quantities and submit for proper documentation processing.


• Operate on line equipment and computerized package machine.Maintain equipment.


• Place received goods in proper locations and maintain stock rotation.


• Operate fork lift, load and unload trucks for best methods of shipment.


• Recognize unusual conditions and report to appropriate Supervisor. May be required to perform other duties as required by Supervisor.


• Cross training is necessary to keep employee abreast of job duties.


• Must practice excellent house keeping skills and maintain equipment.


• Complete shipping papers correctly, including export documents.


• Ensure all export documents completed by associates other than Supervisor are completed correctly.


• Able to climb, bend, reach, and lift up to 50lbs.


• Conduct Orientation and coordinate training of new employees.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes


• Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)


• Customer Service mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure are necessary traits


• Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements
