This rolecanbeon-site in one of our Southern California offices or 100% remote.

AsaDirector of High Net Worth Solutions, you'll play a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by utilizing Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, and Information Technology expertise to enable the sale of Pacific Life products. This role will manage the High Net Worth Solutions (HNWS) Department/Team and serve as the Pacific Life lead in promoting and developing the High Net Worth Life lead generation program and help explore potential new High Net Worth Solutions.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead and manage the High Net Worth Solutions Team, developing standards, procedures, strategy, and direction.


• Work with Pacific Life Recruiters and Channel Leads to introduce High Net Worth Solutions to Financial Professionals and their clientele.


• Collaborate with Life Leadership and other business areas to evaluate and implement programs, products, and services targeted toward the affluent market.

Theexperience you will bring:

• 10+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry


• Prior experience leading a team


• Digital marketing and/or lead generation experience


• Self-starter and ability to operate independently\

What will make you stand out:

• Advanced Markets Background


• Familiarity with Technology, especially digital marketing technology


• Experience working with Financial Professionals in a Business Development context


• Solid presentation skills


• Strong technical comprehension skills


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
