The Opportunity

This intern will join Marvell's Inclusion & Diversity team. We are looking for a passionate intern to assist with new initiatives that we're launching this summer and beyond. This role will be working alongside Marvel's Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity.

Responsibilities:


  • Strengthen our communications infrastructure by creating a shared events calendar, template for I&D announcements and supporting tools to support future events

  • Support Talent Acquisition with preparations for fall inclusion recruiting plans

  • Strengthen our ERG program, including building out strategic governance structure and operations templates

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Candidate MUST be currently pursuing a BS/MS (preferred) degree in HR or Business or related field(s)

  • PowerPoint skills including animation and layout

  • Ability to conduct online research, analyze and develop proposal

  • 0-1 years of previous experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Senior or graduate student studying a related field

  • Experience leading communication / marketing campaigns

  • Experience in DEI or related People function at a corporation or within a university setting as a student or faculty member

  • Experience working with ERGs or any type of affinity group, especially as an ERG Lead or sponsor

  • Strong personal practice for growing your knowledge of equity & inclusion
