POSITION:COMMERCIAL CREDIT COORDINATOR
Summary:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of the Bank's Commercial Credit Department. This position will also provide support as needed for the Credit Administration Supervisor, VP/Commercial Credit Administration Manager and the Commercial Credit team.
Key Result Areas:
Support the quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts and workflow processing of approved loan requests, including new loans and modifications/extensions/renewals of existing loans - including but not limited to OFAC inquiries, flood determinations, CAIVRS inquiries, etc.
Assist with various commercial workflow processes - annual loan reviews, risk rating changes, TDR/impairment workflows
Provide support and assistance to the Chief Credit Officer and the Commercial Credit Administration Manager as needed
Assist with the preparation of weekly Internal Loan Committee meetings and corresponding submissions
Assist with the preparation of quarterly Watchlist and Credit Review Committee meetings and corresponding submissions
Assist with the preparation of monthly Board of Directors packages for the Commercial division
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining various department pipelines and generating and publishing pipeline reports as necessary
Provide Sageworks input, maintenance, support as well as the generation of various reports from application
Under the supervision of the Appraisal Manager, assist in the commercial real estate appraisal process, as necessary. Including uploading the final review and corresponding appraisal as well as all related appraisal documents to the electronic credit file
Responsible for the timely payment of all appraisal related invoices as well as working with Commercial Loan Administration to ensure timely payment of all appraisal invoices
Provide support to the department as needed in the use, maintenance, storage, retrieval, and reporting of information in and from Nautilus, Sageworks, DNA/Fiserv, IBISWorld, and other critical systems, as needed
Assist with the maintenance of the Vendor Management Program and corresponding platform
Responsible for the imaging of documents in Nautilus in reference to commercial credit/relationship files
Responsible for keeping records for department invoices and forwarding to the Accounting Department for payment in a timely manner
Performs all duties and collaborates with internal and external customers in a manner aligned with CSB's Core Values
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments, internal/external customers, and various third-party vendors (appraisers, attorneys, etc.)
Contribute to the effective team management of all bank problems, issues and opportunities
Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications:
High school education plus 2 years of professional office environment experience and administrative experience; college degree preferred
Strong technical skills including MS Office applications and proven ability to assimilate new software applications. DNA, Nautilus, or equivalent imaging system and Sageworks experience also beneficial
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with other divisions of the Bank
