Assesses training needs against quality indices and develops a strategic plan designed to close all quality, service and loyalty gaps. Creates, conducts and administers the annual training and development plan for the cluster in compliance with corporate requirements. Supports senior leadership in initiatives to manage change and influence the culture to achieve strategic goals. Responsible for leadership and supervisory development and succession planning. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
